1Bring 200 grams of Water to a boil in a small pot. Add 100 grams of Pine nuts and blanch for 30 seconds.
2Drain the Pine nuts immediately and rinse with cold water. Gently rub the Pine nuts between your palms to remove any remaining thin skins.
3Place the blanched and peeled Pine nuts into a mortar and pestle or a food processor. Grind them into a very fine, oily paste.
