1Place 500 grams chicken breast in a pot with 50 grams white onion, 10 grams garlic clove, and 5 grams salt. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the chicken breast is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
2Remove the chicken breast from the pot. Once cool enough to handle, shred the chicken breast finely using two forks or your hands.
3In a pan, heat a small amount of the vegetable oil. Add the shredded chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned and slightly crispy. Season with an additional 5 grams salt to taste. Remove from heat.
