Clean and prepare the mixed seafood, chopping larger pieces into bite-sized portions. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Wash green onions thoroughly. Trim the root ends and cut the green onions into lengths of approximately 10-15 cm (about 4-6 inches).
