1In a small saucepan, combine the whole milk, piloncillo, and Mexican cinnamon stick. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the piloncillo is fully dissolved and the whole milk is hot but not boiling.
2Remove the Mexican cinnamon stick from the whole milk mixture.
3While the whole milk is heating, brew the Mexican ground coffee with the Water using your preferred method (e.g., French press, drip machine, or pour-over).
