1Grate or crush the jaggery into a fine powder and set aside.
2Heat 50 grams of ghee in a large, heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the edible gum and fry until it puffs up completely and becomes crispy. Remove the fried edible gum and set aside.
3In the same pan, add the fox nuts and fry them until they become crispy. Remove the fried fox nuts and set aside.
