Aji no Hiraki

Rinse the butterflied Horse mackerel under cold water and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Prepare a brine by dissolving the Salt in the Water in a shallow container. Ensure the Salt is fully dissolved.

Submerge the Horse mackerel in the brine, ensuring they are fully covered. Brine for 30 minutes.
