Combine Atta flour, Semolina, 50 grams Ghee, Baking soda, 5 grams Turmeric powder, Carom seeds, and 10 grams Salt in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well, then gradually add water to knead into a firm dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll them into smooth, round balls.
