1Wash the Short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then soak it in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Drain well before use.
2Finely chop the Aged kimchi into small pieces suitable for porridge.
3In a medium-sized pot, heat the Sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chopped Aged kimchi and sauté for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
