Mini Plumcake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour 8-10 mini plumcake molds or line them with paper inserts.

In a large bowl, cream the Unsalted butter and Granulated sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Add the Fresh eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated.
