1Clean the Whole Chicken thoroughly, then chop it into large pieces, approximately 5-6 cm in size.
2Blanch the chicken pieces in boiling water for 3-5 minutes to remove impurities. Skim off any foam, then drain the chicken and rinse under cold water.
3Slice the Ginger into thick pieces. Cut the white parts of the Scallion into 5 cm lengths and finely chop the green parts for garnish later.
