Hazırlanışı
1Rinse the Shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold running water. Place the Shirataki noodles in a pot of boiling water with 2 grams of Salt and parboil for 2 minutes to remove any konnyaku odor. Drain well and cut the noodles into 15cm lengths.
2Slice the peeled Carrot into thin matchsticks.
3Chop the green part of the Scallion finely for garnish.
