1In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, granulated sugar, and instant dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy, indicating the yeast is active.
2In a separate large bowl, combine the Atta flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
3Pour the activated yeast mixture, plain yogurt, and 20g of Ghee into the well of the flour mixture. Mix everything together, then transfer to a clean, lightly floured surface.
