1Rinse the Whole Tilapia thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels. Make 2-3 deep diagonal scores on each side of the Whole Tilapia to allow for even cooking and seasoning penetration.
2Squeeze the juice from half of the Lime over both sides of the Whole Tilapia. Season generously with Salt, Black pepper, Garlic powder, and Cumin powder, ensuring the seasoning gets into the scores. Let the Whole Tilapia marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3While the fish marinates, prepare the pico de gallo. Finely dice the White onion and Roma tomato. Roughly chop the Cilantro. Combine them in a small bowl. Squeeze the juice from another quarter of the Lime over the mixture and season with a pinch of Salt.
