1Wash the Chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Marinate the Chicken with 2 grams of Turmeric powder, 5 grams of Salt, and 10 grams of Ginger-garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
2Heat 10 grams of Vegetable oil in a pan. Add Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Black peppercorns, Cloves, Green cardamom, Cinnamon stick, Star anise, and Dry red chilies. Roast on low heat until fragrant.
3Add 200 grams of sliced Onions, Ginger, and Garlic to the pan and sauté until the Onions turn translucent.
