1Soak the dried Gondeure in a large pot of water overnight, or for at least 8 hours, until fully rehydrated and softened.
2Drain the rehydrated Gondeure and rinse thoroughly under cold running water to remove any impurities.
3In a large pot, bring fresh water to a boil. Add the Gondeure and blanch for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain well.
