1Pat the Cod fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Slice the Cod fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1 cm thick.
2Season both sides of the Cod fillets evenly with Salt and Black pepper. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
3Prepare three shallow dishes: one with All-purpose flour, one with the Eggs whisked until smooth, and one empty for the coated fish.
