1Place the Almonds in a large bowl and cover with 500 grams of Water. Allow them to soak for at least 8 hours or overnight at room temperature.
2Drain the soaked Almonds. Bring 300 grams of Water to a boil in a small pot, add the drained Almonds, and blanch for 1 minute. Immediately drain and rinse with cold Water.
3Carefully peel the skin from each blanched Almond. This step ensures a smoother, whiter Almond Milk.
