1If the carne seca is in large pieces, shred or finely chop it into small, bite-sized pieces.
2Dice the tomate rojo into small cubes. Dice the cebolla blanca. Finely mince the chile serrano and the ajo.
3In a large skillet, heat the aceite vegetal over medium heat. Add the diced cebolla blanca and minced chile serrano, cooking for 3-5 minutes until the cebolla blanca is translucent.
