Kissaten Coffee

Grind the Coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency, similar to table salt.

Heat the Water to the optimal brewing temperature of 92-96°C.

Place a paper filter in your pour-over dripper and rinse it with a small amount of hot Water to remove any paper taste and preheat the server. Discard the rinse Water.
