11. Wash Basmati rice thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear. Soak the washed Basmati rice in 300 grams of fresh Water for 20 minutes, then drain completely.
22. Heat Ghee and Cooking oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or pressure cooker over medium heat.
33. Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add Chana dal, Urad dal, and Cashew nuts. Fry until the dals turn light golden brown and Cashew nuts are lightly toasted.
