Wash the Prawns thoroughly and pat them dry. In a bowl, marinate the Prawns with 2 grams of Turmeric powder, 5 grams of Red chili powder, 3 grams of Salt, and 5 grams of Lemon juice. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Heat the Mustard oil in a wide pan or kadai over medium heat.

Add the Curry leaves and Green chili to the hot oil and let them splutter for a few seconds.
