1Pat the Sirloin steak dry with paper towels and season generously on both sides with Salt and Black pepper.
2Peel and finely grate the Daikon and Ginger. Gently squeeze out excess liquid from the grated Daikon and Ginger, reserving the liquid if desired for another use.
3In a small bowl, combine the Koikuchi soy sauce, Mirin, Sake, and the grated Daikon and Ginger. Stir in the Sesame oil to create the wafu sauce.
