Thoroughly clean the Webfoot octopus by removing any internal organs, eyes, and beak. Rinse under cold water multiple times until clean. Drain well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Minced garlic, Minced ginger, Sugar, Mirin, and Sesame oil to create the marinade.

Add the cleaned Webfoot octopus to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
