Finely julienne the Carrot and thinly slice the Onion. Mince the Minced garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the cut Glass noodles with Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Minced garlic, Sugar, Black pepper, and 1 gram of Salt. Add the julienned Carrot and sliced Onion. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
