1In a large heatproof bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, water, and granulated sugar. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
2Lightly grease a shallow dish or plate with a small amount of sesame oil. Pour the glutinous rice flour batter into the prepared dish.
3Place the dish in a steamer over boiling water. Steam for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is translucent and firm to the touch.
