1Bring the Water and Salt to a rolling boil in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2Reduce the heat to low and add the Sorghum flour to the boiling water all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until a rough dough forms and no dry flour remains.
3Cover the pan and let it sit off the heat for 5 minutes to allow the Sorghum flour to absorb the steam and cook slightly.
