1Wash the Fresh cilantro thoroughly and chop it coarsely. Set aside.
2Heat 15 grams of Ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add Fenugreek seeds and Cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
3Add Green chili and Garlic cloves to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the chilies soften slightly.
