1Remove Miyoshi Wagyu Sirloin Steak from refrigeration at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to come closer to room temperature. Pat the steak thoroughly dry with paper towels.
2Season both sides of the Miyoshi Wagyu Sirloin Steak generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3Prepare the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, combine koikuchi soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Stir well and set aside.
