1Clean the Kültür Mantarı thoroughly with a damp cloth and slice them thinly.
2In a non-stick pan, melt the Tereyağı over medium heat. Add the Zeytinyağı.
3Add the sliced Kültür Mantarı to the pan and sauté until they release their liquid and turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season the Kültür Mantarı with a pinch of Tuz and Karabiber.
