In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-purpose flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Salt, and Granulated sugar. Whisk well to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.

Add 15 grams of Vegetable oil and the Water to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula or your hands until a shaggy dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Avoid over-kneading. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
