1Season the Beef top round steak strips generously with Salt and Black pepper.
2In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat 15 grams of Vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned Beef top round steak in batches, searing until browned on all sides. Remove the seared Beef top round steak and set aside.
3To prepare the ranchero sauce, place the roughly chopped Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped White onion (half portion), Garlic cloves (two cloves), and Serrano peppers in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
