Boil 50 grams of Water. Add 15 grams Instant coffee powder and stir until fully dissolved to create a strong coffee concentrate. Allow it to cool slightly.

Gently crush 3 grams of Green cardamom pods in a mortar and pestle to release the aromatic seeds. Discard the outer husks.

In a blender, combine the cooled coffee concentrate, 400 grams Full-fat milk, 50 grams Granulated sugar, and the crushed green cardamom seeds.
