1Lightly grease a 20x20 cm tray or plate with a small amount of ghee and set aside.
2In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine the granulated sugar and full-fat milk. Heat over medium flame, stirring continuously until the granulated sugar completely dissolves and the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
3Reduce the flame to low and add the desiccated coconut to the pan. Mix well to ensure the desiccated coconut is fully incorporated into the milk and sugar syrup.
