1To prepare the Halwa: Heat 100 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
2Add 200 grams of Semolina to the hot Ghee and roast it on low to medium heat, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and fragrant, about 8-10 minutes.
3In a separate saucepan, combine 400 grams of Water, 150 grams of Sugar, 0.1 gram of Saffron strands, and 2 grams of Cardamom powder. Bring this mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes until the Sugar dissolves completely.
