1In a large bowl, combine Gram flour with 500 grams of Water to form a smooth, lump-free slurry. Set aside.
2Heat Oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
3Add Mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, and Curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
