1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour and Granulated sugar. Gradually add the Water, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
2Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, each weighing approximately 30 grams. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.
3Divide the Red bean paste into 12 equal portions, each weighing approximately 15 grams. Roll each portion into a small ball.
