1Peel the Apple, remove the core, and cut it into 3-4 cm bite-sized chunks.
2Heat the Cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 160°C.
3Carefully add the cut Apple chunks to the hot Cooking oil and deep-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened and lightly golden brown. Remove the fried Apple chunks with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil.
