1Carefully drain the Firm Tofu and gently press it between paper towels or a clean cloth for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water. This helps the tofu absorb flavor and achieve a better texture.
2Cut the Firm Tofu into 8 rectangular pieces, approximately 2cm thick. Insert a bamboo skewer lengthwise through the center of each tofu piece.
3Preheat your broiler or grill to medium-high heat. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
