1In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-purpose flour, Fine semolina, and Salt.
2Heat 50g of Ghee until very hot, then pour it over the flour mixture. Mix well with a spoon until crumbly, ensuring the Ghee is evenly distributed.
3Gradually add 100g of Water to the flour mixture and knead to form a firm, smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
