1Dice the Chicken thigh, Onion, and Carrot into small, uniform pieces. Thaw the Green peas if frozen.
2Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add 15g of Vegetable oil.
3Add the diced Chicken thigh to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove the Chicken thigh and set aside.
