1Ensure the Potatoes are boiled, peeled, and cut into 2-3 cm cubes.
2Heat Ghee in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the cubed Potatoes and shallow-fry, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and slightly crispy on all sides. This will take about 10-12 minutes.
3Transfer the fried Potatoes to a mixing bowl.
