Pat the Cod fillet very dry with paper towels. Mince the Cod fillet finely and season with 1g Fine sea salt and 1g Black pepper. Set aside.

Mince the Beef sirloin finely. Season with 5g Korean soy sauce (Ganjang), 2g minced Garlic, 5g minced Green onion, 2g Sesame oil, and a pinch of Black pepper. Set aside.

Press the Firm tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it finely. Season with 1g Fine sea salt.
