1Prepare the beef brisket: Cut the beef brisket into 4-5 cm chunks.
2Blanch the beef: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the beef brisket chunks and 30g of sliced ginger. Boil for 5-7 minutes to remove impurities. Skim off any foam.
3Rinse and drain: Drain the beef brisket and rinse thoroughly under cold running water to remove any remaining scum. Set aside.
