Rinse the Large Prawns thoroughly. Marinate the Large Prawns with 2 grams of Turmeric Powder and 3 grams of Salt for 15 minutes.

Heat 20 grams of Mustard Oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Lightly fry the marinated Large Prawns for 1-2 minutes on each side until they just turn pink. Do not overcook. Remove the Large Prawns and set aside.

In the same pan, add 20 grams of Ghee. Once hot, add the Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom, and Cloves. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
