11. In a large pot, bring 1000g of Water to a rolling boil. Add the Tapioca Pearls and stir gently to prevent sticking. Cook according to package instructions, typically 15-20 minutes, until the pearls are soft and chewy throughout.
22. Once cooked, drain the Tapioca Pearls using a fine-mesh sieve and rinse them thoroughly under cold running Water to remove excess starch and cool them down.
33. In a small saucepan, combine 50g of Brown Sugar with 50g of Water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the Brown Sugar is completely dissolved and a thick syrup forms. Remove from heat.
