1In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, instant dry yeast, and salt. Mix well.
2Gradually add the warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a spoon or spatula until a shaggy dough forms. Then, knead the dough by hand for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. The dough should be slightly sticky.
3Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
