11. Prepare all ingredients: Clean the Mussels and Littleneck clams. Peel and devein the Shrimp. Clean and slice the Squid. Thinly slice the Pork belly. Chop the Napa cabbage, slice the Onion and Zucchini, julienne the Carrot, rehydrate and slice the Wood ear mushrooms. Separate and slice the Green onions. Mince the Garlic and Ginger.
22. Heat the Vegetable oil in a large pot or wok over high heat. Add the minced Garlic, minced Ginger, and the white parts of the Green onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
33. Add the thinly sliced Pork belly to the pot. Stir-fry until the Pork belly is lightly browned and some fat has rendered, about 3-4 minutes.
