1Wash 300g of white rice thoroughly until water runs clear. Combine the washed white rice with 400g of beef broth in a rice cooker or pot and cook until done.
2Thinly slice 150g of beef sirloin. Marinate the beef sirloin with 10g of soy sauce, 5g of minced garlic, 5g of sesame oil, 2g of sugar, and 1g of black pepper for 15 minutes. Heat 5g of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef sirloin until cooked through. Set aside.
3If using dried gosari (fernbrake), soak 100g of gosari (fernbrake) in water overnight, then boil until tender and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season the gosari (fernbrake) with 5g of soy sauce, 5g of minced garlic, and 5g of sesame oil. Heat 5g of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the seasoned gosari (fernbrake) for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
