1Cut the Soft Tofu into 2cm cubes. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then blanch the Soft Tofu for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2Marinate the sliced Chicken Breast with 5g of Shaoxing Wine and a pinch of White Pepper for 10 minutes.
3Heat the Vegetable Oil in a wok or large pot over medium heat. Add the Fresh Ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
