1Wash and chop the Okra into 2-inch pieces. Peel the Potato and cut into medium cubes. Cut the Drumsticks into 3-inch pieces. Trim the ends of the Cluster beans.
2Heat 100 grams of Cooking oil in a deep pan. Fry the Okra until lightly browned and set aside. Fry the Potato cubes until golden brown and set aside. Fry the Drumsticks until lightly tender and set aside.
3Soak 50 grams of Tamarind in 100 grams of hot Water for 15 minutes. Mash and extract the pulp, discarding the fibrous residue.
